Driving Cell Phones

As of tomorrow ontarians will not be able to be using handheld devices while driving. Some people are really stupid, think of it "Lets stop letting people using cell phones" As many drives i have to do to ottawa, i get so see lots of stupid drivers, eating ceral on the road, doing makeup, lipstick and more. And as im watching the news this lady comes up to tell us that using a hands free device is better, its still as dangerous. So if they are really going to crack down on something, might as well go allway don't you think?
